IABC Group (Pty) Limited is a South African accounting and
Consulting Firm which offers quality business development and
management solutions, audit, assurance, accounting and tax
services to clients across the Republic of South Africa and
neighboring countries and aims to extend its service to the whole
SADC region.

The group has recently established an office in Lusaka Zambia in a
merger with a local firm, Darwin & Kelvin Characted Accountants,
and offers it’s services through IABC Associates (Audit and
Assurance) and Intellogic Africa Business Consulting Limited.

The directors of the merged firm have many years of combined
experience in public practice and industry through long service at
senior levels in leading international accounting firms and major
industrial, public and non-governmental organizations in Zambia,
South Africa, United Kingdom and other countries
